Life Behind the Lens
We love to inspire! We love to create. We have 7 kiddos who are looking to us and show them ways to live. Because of our 7 and the many MANY things they are involved in, it was important to us to create a business centered around our family life. They see first-hand our work ethic and are always curious of what new projects we are doing. We include them in our ideas and center our work around them. They are our life and life without creating and exploring is no life at all!
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
As a family we try to never stay the same. We have a need to keep moving, try new things, explore new ideas and new areas. Travel is big with us...becuase of how many kids we have we pretty much have to drive everywhere. LOL! But we get to explore along the way. We enjoy kayaking, camping, hiking, painting and as of right now (fingers crossed we can keep it rolling) Fitness and health. We are pretty active, but make not mistake we LOVE our pizza nights and LOVE binge watching our favorite shows.

Let me introduce us real quick. We are Rick and Shay...together we are RickaShay! We run this business together which is pretty awesome that we get to do what we love together and bounce our ideas off eachother. We dont always see eye to eye to eye on a project haha, but as we explain our ideas and collaborate we create the most amazing results! Rick is the videographer, Shay handles the photography. We both are the editors of our creations and push eachother to find new and creative angles. We are a blended family and have 7 kids together!!!!YES you read that right 7!!!! Our older kids are taking an interest and little by little we are showing them the ropes of the family business. Our passion and drive comes from our family and our love for being creative and trying new things. So watch our world, here comes the BOSS family!
